We require a write-up for ALL orders coming into the lab..
This is a simple print-out for the service you require. Please indulge us and send it with the order.

DO NOT send us orders with just a note unless you have cleared it with us 1st. Such orders may be returned.

Orders SENT in a regular envelope; Do so @ your own risk. This is a recipe for disaster. We recommend Film should ALWAYS be sent in a small box of some kind.

WE HAVE a consolidated operation. This means it has been trimmed to keep costs down. We do our utmost to be available and help on a one-on-one basis. Most of the time we can, some of the time we can't. Sometimes email is the best-quickest bet.

IT'S NOT ALWAYS BUSINESS as usual: If you know some of our other clients, you know this to be true.
This is a PRIVATE-LAB not a COMMERCIAL-LAB. We treat ALL film as if it were our own. At this lab, working as a team is the way it works best. The more involved you are the better the our output. We will feel as bad as you if the shots don't come out.

IF YOU are a 1st time dr5 user, Please see the dr5FILMREVIEW 'before' you shoot film to send in. We advise ALL 1st-timers to use 'FRESH' film. Be aware that using old-outdated film for B&W positives, 90% of the time, will result in poor or sub-par output. If you must use outdated film, be sure it has been deep frozen stored.

1st-class - 'with tracking' is now available: up to 13oz. for US, & no weight limits for International - 4-5 days US & up to 18-days International.
POST - Priority & 1st-Class have delivery conformation only, not full tracking.
PRIORITY-post is 2-3 days in the US, up to 8-days international.
EXPRESS-post - full track: 1-2 days US, up to 5-days International.
UPS - FEDEX is only used by request
